  A new Manx Telecom Parish Walk record was established in the 2024 event. Geoff Hain finished in 125 th place in a time of 23:41:01 and whilst this in itself is an excellent achievement, the most remarkable aspect of his finish is that in doing so, he set the record as the oldest person to complete the Parish Walk within 24 hours!
